Everflo designs, manufactures, delivers and commissions fully integrated Live Crab Solutions for trap-fishing vessels. Built on extensive marine and refrigeration expertise, these systems maintain stable onboard conditions to reduce crab mortality and operational losses.

Each purpose-designed package integrates water circulation, air supply, and precision refrigeration control for reliable, efficient performance in harsh marine environments. Everflo is currently involved in 22 new-build projects, each designed for 100–120 tons of live crab.

Live Crab Vessel Technology

(A) Everflo control panels are engineered for reliable, intuitive operation in demanding marine environments. Each system integrates PLC-based control with a clear HMI interface, providing real-time visibility of system performance, pressures, temperatures, and operating status.

 

Designed with operator safety and simplicity in mind, the panel includes dedicated start/stop controls, fault indication, and emergency shutdown functionality. Robust marine-grade construction and logical layout ensure dependable operation, rapid fault response, and ease of maintenance at sea.

(B) This image shows a marine industrial refrigeration plant room featuring an ammonia-based refrigeration system installed onboard a vessel. The system includes a compressor, electric drive motor, insulated refrigerant piping and auxiliary components, all arranged in a compact, serviceable layout designed for demanding marine conditions.

 

Everflo also manufactures marine-grade, welded titanium condensers and chillers for reliable, corrosion-resistant performance at sea. The system forms the core of an RAS/ live-holding refrigeration installation, delivering reliable cooling performance, energy efficiency, and operational stability at sea.
