Everflo is proudly based in Atlantis, Cape Town, and believes that industrial growth should create real opportunities for local communities.
Many of our staff members are from Atlantis, and through training, skills development, and career growth, Everflo contributes to the empowerment of the local community. The company also supports the Atlantis Special Economic Zone Community Stakeholders Network, a voluntary association focused on strengthening local economic participation.
Our technicians and engineers bring together practical experience and formal training from leading Western Cape institutions, including Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Stellenbosch University, and the University of Cape Town.
Management
Everflo is led by a hands-on management team with deep experience in industrial refrigeration, marine applications, manufacturing, finance, and project delivery. Under the leadership of Founder and Managing Director Evert Potgieter, the team combines practical engineering insight with strong operational discipline to design, manufacture, and deliver reliable OEM refrigeration solutions.
The management team plays a central role in maintaining Everflo’s focus on quality, innovation, serviceability, and long-term client value, supporting both local manufacturing growth in Atlantis and the company’s expanding international presence.
