RotorFlo The Ultimate Flow Ice Solution
Flow Ice is a refined form of slurry-ice that is generated by cooling salt water down to freezing temperatures. This flowing ice has various advantages including being pumpable and providing very fast chilling times for various products.
Our innovative approach allows for a compact unit that is unmatched in terms of output per footprint size. All the machines are ammonia-based with the associated benefits over Freon systems.

We now introduce this technology in other industries perfectly suitable for any water-chilling application with the highest COP possible. The very low-charge flooded ammonia unit, with a small footprint, ensures simple and robust operation.
Ammonia Pack Freezer System
Cold Store - Chilling Systems “The best of both worlds” The efficiency and reliability of an ammonia pumped plant, with the simplicity of a DX Freon Refrigeration plant. Our Super Pack units can be used with any refrigeration application using 1 or 2 evaporators. The package is mechanically complete and includes all electrical starting gear and controls. Site installation is very simple and quick, while site connections are limited to power supply and water supply and liquid and suction line connection to the evaporator. The unit is also easily rigged and compact so that it can be fitted closer to the rooms. Piping can then be kept to a minimum.

Containerised RotoFlo Solutions
The unit is self-contained and requires only
water and power. It provides a solution for a 1 to 10 ton per hour Flow Ice production requirement. It includes a Flow Ice machine and an ice storage tank, complete with an ice delivery pump and controls.
The system operation is very simple and ice delivery is achieved using a stainless steel pump rated between 30 to 60 tons per hour (500L/min - 1000L/min)
